Why We Care
We care because 4 to 6 million animals are euthanized every year in the United States.
Approximately 30,000 cats each year are euthanized in Colorado--about 85 cats per day. There will never be enough homes for all the homeless kitties. If this has touched your heart please take this opportunity to get involved.
You can make a difference!
We can imagine the day when thousands of animals each year are no longer euthanized due to lack of shelter space or for convenience!
Until this happens for these sweet special spirits, there will always be "Almost Home."
